Terms of Sale & License

Effective: October 15, 2026

These terms cover your use of heysi.dev and heysi.app (the "Site") and your purchase of Hey SI digital products, including the Hey SI Starter Pack (the "Pack"). Hey SI is a brand of CanCapperZ LLC (doing business as Hey SI) ("Hey SI," "we," "us"). By using the Site or buying the Pack, you agree to these terms.

1. Who you're buying from

Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. That means the checkout provider is the reseller of the Pack, processes your payment, and calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT. Its own buyer terms also apply to the payment. We deliver the content, support you, and grant the license below.

2. What you get

A downloadable digital product: a PDF plus Markdown (.md) files with prompt templates and an AGENTS.md rules-file template. Nothing physical ships. The Pack doesn't include access to any AI tool, software, or service, and those tools have their own prices and terms.

3. Your license

When your payment clears, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use the Pack as follows.

You may: - Use the prompts and template in unlimited projects, including commercial projects such as apps you build and sell, client work, and your business. - Copy, paste, edit, and adapt the prompts and template inside your projects and AI tools. - Ship apps, code, and other output you create with the prompts. You own your output. No credit needed (it's appreciated, though). - Keep backup copies on your own devices. - Quote a single prompt in a post, review, or tutorial, with credit to Hey SI.

You may not: - Resell, sublicense, share, give away, or redistribute the Pack or its files, in whole or in substantial part, whether for free or for money. That includes uploading to file-sharing sites, shared drives, or public repos, or bundling into another prompt pack, template, course, or product. - Present the Pack, or a lightly edited version, as your own product. - Share your download link or account access.

Teams and classrooms: this license is for one person. For a team, classroom, bootcamp, or company license, email [email protected].

We (and our licensors) keep all rights in the Pack, the Site, the Hey SI™ name, SI the Yes Bot, and the slogan "Ride the wave. SI's got you." This license doesn't grant you any trademark rights.

If you breach this section, your license ends automatically. Apps you already built stay yours.

4. Price, taxes, payment

Prices are in USD and shown at checkout. Sales tax or VAT, if any, is calculated and collected by the merchant of record. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. Launch or discount prices are honored for the period stated.

5. Delivery

You get a download link right after purchase, from the checkout provider and by email. If you can't download your files, email [email protected] and we'll fix it.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

7. No guarantees: AI tools and results

The Pack is educational. AI coding tools make mistakes, change often, and may produce insecure or wrong code. We don't guarantee that any app you build will work, be secure, comply with law, or earn money. You're responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing what you build and ship, and for following the terms of the AI tools you use. See the Disclaimer.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT FOR THE REFUND IN SECTION 6, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, THE PACK AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE PACK, THE SITE, OR ANYTHING YOU BUILD. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PACK. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived by contract.

10. Your use of the Site

Don't misuse the Site: no hacking, scraping download files, overloading it, or using it for anything illegal. Free prompt pages on the Site are for personal reading and use. Please link to them rather than copying them wholesale.

11. Third-party names and links

Cursor, Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Vercel, Netlify, Apple, Siri, and other names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe compatibility. Hey SI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. We're not responsible for third-party sites or tools we link to.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts serving Winnebago County, Illinois, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to sue in your home courts. Before filing anything, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. This section is subject to review and may be updated.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you bought governs that purchase, and the "Effective" date above shows the latest change.
